This Masterplug SRGAUSBPB3-MP surge protected mains plug through twin USB charger is ideal for all those devices that charge from a USB socket such as mobile phones, digital cameras, tablet computers, iPads etc.

You can connect your equipment to the unit with no worries as the charger is fully surge protected and the manufacturer Masterplug even have an unlimited connected equipment warranty on this item which states: "We will replace ANY equipment damaged as a result of a surge or spike whilst connected to the mains by our equipment."
The USB charger has two USB charging sockets with an output of 3.1A shared across both ports, this means that a single item plugged in receives up to 3.1A of charge at 5V for speedy charging. The Masterplug SRGAUSBPB3-MP is also a plug through charger. This means that you can plug mains equipment into it too so that you do not lose access to your mains socket whilst charging your USB devices.
